A1 really helped me out of a bind. I had a “solar emergency” and needed repair and service on work done by a company that went out of business. They were able to log into my smart system, analyze it remotely, send a tech out to the house, and resolve my issue. Jayson was really great to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and very responsive. Definitely recommend. I added the above review in 2025, I’m adding this in Jan 2026. Jerome was monitoring my system and notified me that we weren’t connected to the internet. Through some diagnoses over the phone, we figured out that one of my WiFi networks was down. I had an exceptional experience with Oliver from A1A Solar Contracting. The installation was spearheaded by Carlos Rodriguez and his team, who were very professional and courteous. I was having an issue with my converter, and Oliver was not only professional but also incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything in detail, from what the problem was to the specifics of the warranty and labor costs. His dedication to making sure I had a positive experience was truly impressive. It's rare to find a company and a representative like Oliver who genuinely care about the customer and aren't focused on unnecessary upselling.
